Less than one week after 19 year-old Tad Mattle and 16 year-old Leigh Anna Jimmerson were killed in a horrific car wreck, WHNT News 19 has learned of a connection between the suspect and Jimmerson’s mother.
On October, 9th 2006 at 9PM Amy Kortlang was killed by a drunk driver. That sounds like an accident that happens every day in the United States. The problem was that it was no accident. It was the foreseeable outcome of the actions of the driver, the federal, state and local government officials and businesses that decide that their profits are more important than obeying the law.
